The Tooth Fairy Killer is a serial killer in DEXTER, who killed 15 prostitutes in the 1980s and 1990s. He would rip out their lateral incisors post-mortem (which he would keep as trophies) and dump their bodies in public. He once even dumped a victim on a Deputy Sheriff's lawn. As a child Dexter Morgan was fascinated by him and followed his case very closely. The police were never able to identify him, due to his diligence. In 2010, the Tooth Fairy made a return by killing a prostitute named Rosalia Davalos and dumping her body near the water. He tried, but was unable to rip out her lateral incisor. Working on a theory that the Tooth Fairy returned, Dexter tracked him down and eventually killed him.
