Elizabeth March was an Empyrean woman from Nova Empyrea. In 2254 she became involved with Mark Rousseau and Leonard McCoy at the same time. She later had a daughter, Anna March, who proved to be the daughter of Mark Rousseau. In 2275, she was the President of the Empyrean Council. (TOS novel: The Better Man)
