Lohana State Route 274 (abbreviated LOH-274) is the number designation for two east-west state routes in the Dragoonasag state of Lohana. Both are maintained by the state's Transportation Department. The Route 274 in Southern Lohana runs from National Route 235 in Cobard County to State Routes 115 and 286 in the town of Palls. The Route 274 in Central and Eastern Lohana begins at Dragoonasag Interstate Route 92/National Route 72 in the Liberty metropolitan area and ends at State Route 377 in Slygo County.
