Thunder Cloud is a high tier Thunder symbol appearing in Star Ocean series. It first appeared in Star Ocean: The Second Story. It is later reappeared in Star Ocean: First Departure and Star Ocean: Second Evolution. When cast, the camera will focus on the dark clouds in the sky. Multiple lightning bolts will start to flash under the clouds. The lightning bolts will later fall down onto the battlefield and damage the enemies.
