The Boomerang Flower is a new item in Mario Kart 8. It allows the user to try to hit their opponent, getting three shots at this. After 3 shots, it will break. It also can hit multiple racers in one throw. The boomerang's appearance is based off Super Mario 3D Land for the Nintendo 3DS.
