"Charles Moonington Drops In" is a scene from The Moonington-Patridge Sex Tape Follies, in which Charles Moonington confronts Moon Man about sending him to Hell jail by using Little Spanks as pedo bait. Moon Man falsely claims that he had nothing to do with it and tells him to go kill Little Spanks, which the gullible Moonington does. Audrina Patridge is the scene's narrator.
