Sludge Falls Elementary was an unused location that would have been featured in Monsters University. The school only exists on one piece of concept art. It's possible that Sludge Falls Elementary may have been Sulley's school, as Mike was said to have attended Frighton Elementary, and Sulley was nowhere to be seen as a child in the film's prologue.
