POPULATION: INFO: Aspenwood is the farthest north town in Riverside County. The town sits on the Silver River mouth. South is Emery and to the west is Farwood. To the north is the Pacific Ocean. The town colder then normal winters and a mild summer. HISTORY: Aspenwood was platted on the east side of the Silver River, but quickly expanded to the west side with the inclusion of industrial advancement. The town is home to the northern railway terminus as well as a small expanding port and raceway.
