Chuff Quickbeak is a level 15 tengu Elementalist boss found in the North Kryta Province. He appears in one of several places; either in the far South West corner of the area, or in the North West just few yards East of the collector Wintun the Black. He shares spawn locations with Nav Sharpquill.
