No contest - Mikey! Ghostface is just some people in masks, regardless of how awesome those movies are (I love them). Michael is an indestructable person who survives explosions, gunshots, and falls from great heights. Ghostface is a mortal with mental issues (well, seven mortals). Michael is immortal and unbeatable. I'm saying this as a fan of both franchises, but it's easy. Immortal vs. mortal.
