Peter Hardwick is the CEO and principle owner of Hardwick Hotels, and the father of Toby Hardwick. He is introduced while building an apartment complex that is intended to be low-cost house for residents of New York City. John and Eva interview him about his son and try to gather more information about Chloe Carlton.
