The Lost Meep is a sparkling baby Meep that is located throughout the Sacred Grove during the Quest Misplaced Meeps, which is hosted by Momma Meepster. During the quest, it is required to locate 6 Lost Meeps. Originally the Lost Meep had been named "Meep", which was believed to have lead to confusion amongst the Meep Pet Pal and was quickly renamed to "Lost Meep".
