Sergeant Jesse Whitaker is a character in DEXTER. Whitaker is a Sergeant with the Miami Sheriff's Department and is the former partner of Lieutenant Ramon Prado. Dexter contacts Sheriff Whitaker in an attempt to locate Ramon, to be certain of his whereabouts in finding a way to deal with him. Whitaker informs Dexter of a few bars that he used to frequent in the process.
