Ziglar and his squad were sent aboard the Sulaco. While aboard the Sulaco his squad encountered Xenomorphs which had infested the ship. Ziglar's squad eventually encountered oncoming Weyland-Yutani PMCs which Ziglar mistook for backup, telling his squad "Of course they are here to help, there's a deadly alien species running amuck!" Ziglar was presumably killed by the PMCs.
