Sullivan uses the 27th Maxis face template in Create a Sim, except the nose which uses the 1st face template. Also the eyes are closer to the forehead, and the jaw is longer than on the default template. However the eyes are only closer to the forehead, and the jaw is only longer on teenage, adult and elder females, which may mean that the eyes and jaw were genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down. Sullivan's SimDNA in SimPE shows that he carries the recessive allele for red hair. Unlike several other married ancestors from Apartment Life who have memories of their spouses, he only has Mystery Sim memories. However Sullivan still has memories of Olivia's birth, and meeting his granddaughter Sally.
