The Spalgar were a near-human species that resided on Aantooine long after the destruction of the Aan and the Tooins. Their main feature were larger than normal eyes, roughly twice the size. Those born with normal eyes were considered retarded and were looked down upon. The Spalgar were known to acquire Force sensitivity with few individuals to master it. The Spalgar Jedi Baki frequented the mineral mines on Aantooine for lightsaber crystals.
