Sun Down Records is an independent record label and mail order record distributor, with subsidiaries in Reading, England, Norway & Japan, the record label was founded in 2005 by Agonizing Death vocalist Michael Valentine, the label was at first focused on releasing just Thrash Metal albums, but this later change when Death/Symphonic/Black acts singed in.
