Richard John Bartel (born February 3, 1983 in Grapevine, Texas) is an American football quarterback who last played for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. He was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at Tarleton State. Bartel has also been a member of the Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars and Washington Redskins and Cincinnati Reds organization.
