The Wizard Justice Department is a division of the American Wizarding Confederation responsible for the enforcement of wizarding law in the United States. The Department includes a Juvenile Magical Offenses Division, and maintains an office in the Central Territorial Headquarters building in Chicago. As of April 2008, Carlos Black was the Chief of Juvenile Investigations, and Diana Grimm is employed as a Special Inquisitor with the WJD. Throughout the Spring of 2008, Allan Thiel worked as an undercover operative at the Charmbridge Academy.
