Vletho was a Rodian spacer, and a debtor of Vilmarh Grahrk. He did not speak Basic. Vletho made several unsuccessful attempts at ending Grahrk's life at the Cluster Cantina on Nar Shaddaa. He frequently drank there with Gar Gastinin, Keluda, a Kubaz, and a Trandoshan.
