The user uses their raiton element to create a giant bolt of lightning that they aim at the opponent and attempt to strike them with it. It is enhanced when used during a thunderstorm where the user can just direct the lightning using their raiton element as a pointer. If it hits the opponent it paralyzes them for 30 minutes, or 4 turns.
