André Rouvoet was a politician from Free Union of Kirlawa from the Democratic Reform Party. He was born in the Bible Belt, a solidly Protestant area of Kirlawa, in 2286. After finishing university, he became a teacher at a Protestant school within Dirlana. His father had been a councillor within the Reformed Party, a Protestant Party that ran most of the districts within the Bible Belt. Rouvoet was elected a councillor in 2310, a regional representative in 2313, and in October 2315 he was elected to the House of Representatives for the RPP. After making minor gains in Dirlana in the general election of 2317, he became the leader of the Dirlana RPP within the House.
