Hotel Medicine was one of the most luxurious and expensive hotels in Mid Town, officially owned by Eileen Medicine. Due to it's level of luxury and it's bars, the hotel was chosen by Don Emilio Barzini himself as his club. In times of crisis it could also house the Barzini underboss and other important guests. During the year 2006, when times were hard, the Barzini Family was forced to open up a sizeable and bigger club in the hotel to earn more money, and the operation was so successful that it was continued, under the direction of Victor Barzini.
