In the Dream Lord's fictional world, Mrs Hamil was taken over by an Eknodine, an alien race who lived in the bodies of the elderly, keeping them alive much longer than usual. She greeted Rory by saying, "Hello Doctor", which confused the Eleventh Doctor. Later, as Amy and Rory were returning to their house, Mrs Hamil approached them. Rory told Amy that she loved him as he had cured her depression. An eye protruded from her mouth and shot a green cloud at the couple. They avoided it and Rory whacked Mrs Hamil with a plank of wood so he and Amy could escape.
