Joel Beckett (born Joel Bygraves; 16 November 1973) in the Newtownards road Belfast, Northern Ireland s an British actor. He portrayed Rita's estranged and later ex-husband Mark Richie on Casualty in 2014 and 2015. He returned in 2016 for a further three guest appearances.
