The 87th Garrison was a garrison of clone troopers, a detachment of the 353rd Legion. The garrison was assigned by Delta-3530 to be stationed on Eredenn, under the command of a Republic Commander named: Kraen Weest. During the defense of Eredenn, the garrison and its commander were defeated by the CIS General: Sev'rance Tann and her droid forces. The garrison was reabsorbed back into the 353rd, and in honor of its deceased commander, Gohan appointed 8747 as its new commanding officer, adopting the name: Kraen West, after the deceased Kraen Weest.
