This request-page is for requests for important notices that users want to be put on the Main Page under the Notices section. This is because maybe, the Battlerina Staff might set the Main Page to restriction of Sysop-levels. That means only users that are sysops + can be able to edit the Main Page. This is also because the Battlerina do not want vandalism on the Main Page. This will be placed in the Court House if you think this is fair.
