The Key taken with Tongs is the first of many keys that Heather Mason obtains in Silent Hill 3. It is in the north storage room on the second floor of the Central Square Shopping Center, beneath a skid weighted down by heavy boxes. As the name implies, Heather cannot reach the key without using the tongs found earlier in Helen's Bakery. The key taken using the tongs is used to open the door to the "My Bestsellers" bookstore on the second floor of the shopping center.
