Alice Hortencia Amafo ( Paramaribo , February 4 1977 ) was a Surinamese politician . When she became Minister for the first time she was only 28 years, which she the youngest minister ever in Suriname. In 1996 she obtained her VWO diploma after which she studied Business Economics at the Anton de Kom University where she graduated in 2003. From 2002 to 2005 Dr Alice Amafo worked as a secretary and later as Head of Policy at the Civil Aviation Authority. Moreover, they were in 2004 and 2005 Coordinator Aviation Statistics.
