Wolkowski is a beat cop, seen but not named, opening the door for the dynamic duo at the beginning of Hell Hath No Fury. He does have a certain cachet in the Castle canon, however, as he provides the feeder line that has Rick Castle saying, "Every writer needs a Muse."
