The purpose of the team is to ensure that all outlaws are captured and that all treasures are proclaimed under government authority, and to inflict peace and equality in Aevaroen. Team Aqua Spark was formed out of the sheer stress of Mudkip Maculous, but it turned out to be one of the most successful exploration teams in history.
