There are three Party Committees of the CPCa or Partcoms: The Partcom of National Affairs, the Partcom of Foreign Affairs and the Partcom of Justice. These Party Committees each have theire own domain. The secretaries of the Partcoms are appointed by the General Secretary of the CPCa and are a member of the CPCa Central Committee.
