In the "Once Upon a Toon" sketch of the TV show MAD, Dee Dee was the one who was behind all of the destruction of old Cartoon Network and replaced programs, also brainwashed all of the original Cartoon Network characters, but herself. She wanted to add more shows on Cartoon Network like MAD and by that she really killed joy for the old Cartoon Network characters, but it never seemed to happen, because it was just a nightmare of Johnny Bravo's.
