Rudigar Bolger and Belba (Baggins) Bolger's son and only child. He was the grandson of Mungo Baggins and Laura (Grubb) Baggins. Cousin of Bilbo Baggins. Born in by Shire Reckoning 1295 and died in 1390 aged 95. He married Jessamine Boffin and had one son, Odovacar.
