A child from the most powerful Unggoy clan on Bountiful Providence, Nibesa was raised among some of the strongest Unggoy known, as the planet served as their best colony. Maturing quickly even for an Unggoy, Nibesa was forced to serve in the Covenant military like many of his kind, beginning in 2534 at the age of three. A strong-willed soldier, Nibesa fought unlike many of his brethren, becoming a Major within two years through his tenacity and his service to his commander, Jemsal 'Emvadson.
