Natsuko Okiku was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian Gendarmerie. Holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, she was part of the inner circle which Daud al-Fanudahi informed about his theory concerning the sinister influence of Mesa on Solarian politics and military strategy. (HH13)
