Potion Merchants, as the name implies, sell a variety of potions and can be found in most major towns as well as the capital cities of Pandaemonium and Sanctum. These are low level potions, suitable for lower level characters. Other sources of potions are from crafting with Alchemy, drops from NPCS, and from the Broker.
