Palonirya is an Altmer clothing merchant who has a shop in the Imperial City Market District. She is the proprietor of Divine Elegance, an upper class clothing store. She is considered a brilliant fashion designer (her clothing designs are even worn by counts and countesses). She is a tough negotiator and the Master Trainer in Mercantile. To receive her training services, the Hero must have 10,000 File:GoldIcon.png on hand. Once she has raised the Hero's Mercantile skill to 75, the option to invest in shops will appear.
