Stan Kross is a former NASCAR driver from Salem, IN. He competed in five Nextel Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten. All of those races came in 1954, when Kross finished 66th in points. Kross was good out of the gate, falling just one lap down and driving to a career-best 10th place effort at Daytona Beach. But afterwards, Kross had no luck, failing to finish any of his final four races, earning a best of 21st at Macon during that stretch.
