Lucia Meron is the owner of a Little Caribe bar, Paris Modern, which was called a success story, having gone from nothing to the big time in a short timespan. She also worked with Martillo Borrasca on drug deals, arranging for meets with Borrasca by Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs and Stan Switek. After the Borrasca case ended, Meron went back to running her bar.
