The Toilet Safety Administration on South Park was formed to make people safer in toilets after Clyde's Mother died in a toilet accident. They first and only appeared in the Season 16 episode "Reverse Cowgirl". When they were formed, both public and private bathrooms needed TSA Members to monitor the place, with people even needed to place objects into a plastic tray before going to the bathroom. Not only this, but everyone's bathroom was monitored with a security camera which is being monitored 24/7 by a Perverted gaurd. However, the TSA was swiftly defunct after a week, as mentioned by Cartman at the end of the Episode.
