Billy Boy is the leader of the Jackals. The Mallrats have a hatred for him (especially Lex) in series 2 and ban him from their market place for stirring up trouble. Apparently Billy Boy was killed in series 2, but he appeared as a candidate in the election as city leader against Salene in series 4, suggesting that he was still alive. In series 2, he is escorted around by Teeth, Lips and Dimples before they leave the The Jackals due to their lack of appreciation for music. Billy Boy is portrayed by Tim Dale.
