The Lyng estate is a council owned housing estate in Sandwell, England. It was constructed in the 1960s and is now the focus of a regeneration programme by Sandwell Council. Several tower blocks have been demolished and several have been retained and refurbished, such as Bowater House and Braybrook House. These blocks now have photovoltaic panels which are eco-friendly.
