Upon entering the villa, the Nephalem will be immediately attacked by Summoned Soldiers. Killing them opens dialogue with Severin and marks three more groups on the map, each led by Exorcists, Corpse Raisers and/or Revenant Archers, attacking a bunch of peasants. Killing all three Reaper groups will finish the event and reward The King's Journal Part 1 in addition to gold and experience.
