Romanian cultural expressions and people are mostly concentrated in Oceana and European-minded neighborhoods of Noble City, for example Little Europe. Generally speaking, the people are between the ages ten and thirty, mostly immigrants, and they are Eastern Christian. Although they are not considered to be one of the main groups of the Lovian population, they make up about 5,6% of the population of Oceana.
