An agent trainer, as the title suggests, is a Personnel worker in charge of training new recruits and agents in the skills needed to successfully perform missions. The length, quality, and even existence of the training can vary depending on which trainer a recruit is sent to; while some are content with just shoving a weapon in the agent's hand and sending them on their way, others are very thorough, and don't let recruits leave until they (the trainer, that is) personally believe they're ready.
