Large Monster Bones can be gotten by defeating any monster equal in size or bigger than a Cephadrome. Nearly all true wyverns give them. For example: Rathalos, Rathian, Gravios, Plesioth, Diablos, Monoblos, etc. From such monsters they can both be carved off the corpse as gotten from the rewards menu.
