Asad Al-Qutaji was an Iraqi national and also a terrorist. He and his friend, Youssef Zidan were later arrested by NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Mossad/NCIS Liaison Officer Ziva David after it was discovered that the two men were actually terrorists. It's presumed that after being arrested, Asad and Yousef were both deported from the United States and sent back to Iraq.
