Tadashi Yagura (櫓。直矢, Yagura Tadashi) is a member of the mercenaries known as the Yagura Clan assigned with the codename "Yadutsu" (矢筒, Arrow Quiver) due to his specialization in archery and associated forms of combat. Currently bound by blood to the Lightning Daimyō, he serves as an intelligence agent under the name Matenrō (摩天狼, Heaven-Rending Wolf). His lengthy tenure as the Daimyō's subordinate had him infiltrate and monitor the rising criminal organization named Sorane under the pseudonym "Tōya" (塔矢, Tower Arrow). The faction's quick collapse enabled him to hold one of its higher-tier members, Yūki, captive. He since continues to fulfill his duties to the Lightning Daimyō with utmost devotion, all the while monitoring the woman under his care.
