Franzen fer Toren, also spelled Frantsen fer Toren, is a member of House Toren. He is the youngest son of Duke Vedris IV and the Duke's deceased wife. He wanted to inherit. He has at least two older brothers, Lord Gospard, who is in the navy, Colederran fer Toren.
